Government Outsourcing

Could someone please develop a software to simulate how congress and the senate work so that instead of electing representitives once every couple of years and getting fustrated b/c they lie to us during campaigns anyways, every person could participate in descision making from their desktop. Sure not everyone has a computer, but I bet we could buy one for everybody if we didn't have to pay for representitives.

    or at very least develop some public training modules to help educate everyday people exactly whats going on in the government , so that is not such a closed camp ..

    more qualified participants the better ..
